About Us
The work of East Kenya Missions is sponsored by the Pauline Missionary Baptist Church in Monticello Arkansas. The missionaries are Scott Bourland and James Taylor.
This mission endeavor will involve the evangelism of the lost in East Kenya. The work will be done predominately, though not exclusively, with the Geriama and Orma tribes. Those that receive Christ will be baptized and brought together to formulate New Testament Churches. Then national leadership will be trained to become the pastors and lay workers among these churches, both through the churches themselves and a Bible Institute that will be started.

| It will be vitally important to lock arms with the native people and train them, Our work will be both in the cities and villages of this region. | |

| The Bourland and Taylor families have worked together for many years and have a wonderful compatibility that will be a tremendous blessing as they work together as a team in East Kenya Africa. | |

| The teaching and preaching will be done in the Swahili language. Much prayer is needed concerning language learning. | |
